A Little about Sport |

Sport has been developing with the growth of mankind. It is very important in our life. It’s popular among young and old people. Many people do exercises, jog in the morning, and train themselves in clubs and different sections. Other people like sport differently; they only watch sport’s games on TV and listen to the sport news on the radio. Some of them prefer reading interesting stories about sportsmen but they don’t go in for sports. A great attention is paid to sport in schools, colleges and universities. That’s why we have to train ourselves for keeping our body slim and healthy. My favorite sport is swimming. I go to the swimming pool twice a week. I get used to resting by the lake or river and swim there. Usually I travel in summer and it’s a trip to the south, to the warm sea. I like also to do exercises. Sometimes my school friends and I gather in free time to play basketball, volleyball or other active games. So, I can’t call myself a sport’s fan. But also I like tennis tournaments very much. When I go to the pool, I take some small things necessary for swimming: swimming cap, trunks, swimming glasses. All this swimming stuff has put in a special sport’s bag. I can say without doubt that this kind of sport develops the chest, muscles at hands. Swimming is very useful for our body and it makes us slim and keeps fit. So the more you will train your body the more you will be in health. A bag is the necessary thing to use while going in for sports. |
